rose shaped ears, short in body with ample rib for age. Lovely little mover.

Another nice baby, bigger all over than 1, nice short muzzle and short neck, well boned, moved ok.

8 month old similar to 1, nice head shape, short muzzle, lighter eye than 1. 

Straight front, well bones legs with tight feet. Showed in fit condition. Moved well.

Typey to 1 & 2 nicely balance pup in all quarters. Moved well.

10 month old Black brindle with white chest. Strong head, short muzzle, pronounced stop, 

dark round eye, neat ears, straight front plenty of bone, level topline, tapering to strong hindquarters. Showed and moved in tip top condition. Best Puppy in Show.

2. Drury’s BEAURITE OPTIMUS MAXIMUS

Almost 12 months old, dark brindle, strong skull and body to match. Short foreface, 

dark eye and tidy ears, short neck with ample rib. Good tail carriage, moved and handled well.

9 month old pied. Nicely shaped pup with dark eye, level topline and good tail carriage.

Brindle with a touch of white in chest. Strong bully head shape, short foreface, 

pronounced cheek bumps. Dark eye with rose shaped ears, level topline, 

strong hindquarters with a good bend of stifle. Moved and handled well.

Brindle nicely balanced in all departments, strong head, dark eye, short body, well boned.

Good tail carriage. Seemed to love the ring, moved with ease.

2. Lane’s CH LANVILLA NITE CRIME (AI)

Bigger than 1 but well balanced, strong head and underjaw, scissor bite, short muzzle, 

straight front, level topline tapering to strong hindquarters. 

Showed in gleaming condition. Moved well.

Classy looking dark brindle with white. Good head shape, dark eye, nicely positioned ears, 

plenty of rib. Showed well.

Stood four square one of the fittest dogs on the day. Moved and handled first class.

Dark brindle,. A little heavier built to 1. Well developed head, nice short square muzzle. 

Correct ear carriage, straight front, plenty of rib, well defined waist, well boned.

Nicely balanced dog, head and body to match, just lacked that bit of sparkle.

White dog, took my breath away. The best of heads, short square muzzle, clean lipped, 

correct scissor bite, pronounced cheek bumps, the darkest of eyes well placed rose ears. 

Short neck, straight front and legs, well padded feet. Rib in proportion with head, 

short coupled tapering to string hindquarters, level topline and nice bend of stifle.

Felt rock hard, in tip top condition and shiny coat. Stood 4 square. Excellently handled, 

moved with drive, owner must be proud having such a beautiful Stafford. 

Just my cup of tea, pleasure to award CC & Best in Show.

2. Bawden’s CH CASTLEBAR CROWN JESTER (AI)

B/White pied another superb Stafford. Liked everything about him. Cracking head with short muzzle, pronounced cheek bumps. Dark eyes and well placed rose ears. Straight front, ample rib, 

short coupled, strong hindquarters, plenty of substance. Excellently shown and handled.

Another classy compact bitch. Excellent head, short strong muzzle, tight lipped, strong underjaw, well placed ears. Good straight front, plenty of bone, ample rib, good bend of stifle. 

If I wanted to be picky I’d have liked a darker eye. Showed in gleaming condition. 

Pushed for first place. Moved and handled well.

3. Lane’s CH JAYNESE HAKUNA MATATA (imp UK)

Black/Brindle. Another classy bitch in tip top condition. Have judged her in the UK and awarded her, her first CC. She was up against strong competition today. Liked everything about her, just lacked that sparkle for me today. Never the less, all three placings were hard decisions,. 

Three top class Bitches.
